About 5230

5230: Man in Progress is a faith-based transformation platform that helps men break generational cycles of rage, shame, isolation, and performance syndrome through what founder Larry C. Hill Sr. calls "blood transfusion theology."

The name 5230 represents 52 years of life experience distilled into a 30-day transformation pathway. Unlike traditional self-help programs that focus on behavior modification, 5230 addresses what Hill calls "contaminated blood"—the patterns, wounds, and trauma passed down for generations.

With a 70% completion rate—2.3 times the industry average—5230's unique approach involves both men and their partners in the transformation process. The program'sCovenant Companion model brings couples together to begin their transformation journey as partners, not opponents.

Leadership

Larry C. Hill Sr.

MBA Candidate | Certified Life Coach | Founder & CEO

Larry C. Hill Sr. is the Founder and CEO of 5230: Man in Progress, a men's transformation platform achieving 70% program completion rates—2.3x the industry standard. Currently serving as CIO at a tech company managing a $23M budget, Larry holds a BA in Business Administration, McKinsey Leadership Certifications, and is pursuing his MBA.

A Certified Life Coach with three years of professional practice, Larry identified a critical market gap: existing programs address behavioral symptoms but fail to address root psychological patterns ("contaminated blood"), resulting in low completion rates. 5230's blood transfusion theology framework solves this by targeting generational trauma at the source, not the symptom.

Author of Overcomers Only: Man in Progress. 30+ years organizational leadership experience.

Jasmine Hill

MBA Candidate | Co-Founder

Jasmine Hill serves as Co-Founder of 5230: Man in Progress, bringing operational and clinical research expertise. She holds a BA in Business Administration and is pursuing her MBA while building 5230. Her role at Emory University Clinical Research informs the program's outcomes measurement and evidence-based methodology.

Jasmine is the architect of the Covenant Companion model—teaching women how to "walk through the surgery" alongside their husbands—that drives the program's industry-leading 70% completion rate. Her business acumen enables 5230 to scale operations while maintaining program quality.

Married to Larry since October 5, 2013. Renewed their vows ten years later. Four children. Co-creator of 5230 transformation events.

About the 30-Day Pathway

The 30-Day Pathway is 5230's core transformation program that takes men through four powerful weeks of change.

Week 1 (Foundation): "Maybe I don't have to be perfect." Week 2 (Integration): "Maybe it's safe to be seen." Week 3 (Leadership): "Maybe I can lead from wholeness." Week 4 (Legacy): "This is who I AM now."

The program includes separate breakout sessions—men with Larry, women with Jasmine—before bringing couples together to walk the transformation journey as partners.
